  • Study about the company and get the answer ready before interview. You must be sincere and specific here. Tell them your strength and show your commitment to perform as per the expectation (or even more than the expectation).


  • 4. What if you are selected here but you get more hike in your current organisation?
  • First you ask this question to yourself. Will your organisation do that? If the answer is YES, then only go for the interview. If the answer is NO, ask yourself WHY.
    Now, in the interview, your reply should be simple and straight. Talk about the gap between your performance and current salary. Your reply will sound genuine if you are trying to change your job after a reasonable period with your current organisation.
