    Important : These are some basic guidelines and tips.

  • Its a simple online form. Fill it up with your name, email-ID, phone number, birthdate, gender and your own password (4-digit PIN) and SUBMIT.

  • When its submitted successfully, you can log-in to the website using your email-ID and your PIN.
